Raploch Resource Centre.

The Resource Centre, funded by the regeneration project's developers R3, (a joint initiative between Taylor Wimpey East Scotland Ltd and Cruden Homes (East) Ltd), is situated in the heart of the re-development area on Glendevon Drive and houses a recruitment office that is set to provide in excess of 200 opportunities, which forms part of R3's 'community benefit' commitment during the life span of the regeneration programme.

Staff will be on hand within the Resource Centre to offer information on training, apprenticeships and jobs being created by R3 and the Raploch Urban Regeneration Company, and local people can register at the office in order for them to be matched with a suitable employment opportunity. In addition, the centre also benefits from several meeting rooms, which will be used for training purposes, workshops or seminars.

The Resource Centre will also provide the local community with wealth of information on the range of new houses for sale within Raploch and the selection of rented homes available on behalf of Forth Housing Association.
